Simply apply to the achy areas and the lotion warms on contact to relieve soreness. There is a lovely blend of essential oils that include camphor oil for analgesic properties, rosemary to soothe and peppermint to cool.
The Cyclist's Muscle Rub also moisturises your skin without leaving you feeling greasy.
It's recommended that you use a small amount on the areas affected and avoid contact with the eyes - peppermint can feel a bit strange if it gets in your eyes!
