Bacon Jam - Smoky, Sticky Relish
For years, the producers of this absolutely gorgeous jam have been making awesome hamburgers in their restaurant, with smokey bacon and onion jam. Then one day a bright spark in the kitchen decided to combine the ingredients and Bacon Jam was born.
It's called a jam but it could also be a spread or a relish but to be honest it tastes so good, who cares. It's made in the UK using Denhay's award winning Dry Cured Bacon, fresh red onions along with other gorgeous ingredients.
Use this delicious smokey, sticky relish on your favourite burger, mix into some pasta, jazz up a pie or add a spoonful to a stew. If you are like us, just stick a spoonful on some crusty bread or cheese and enjoy.
The Bacon Jam will make a lovely little Christmas present for someone, just make sure you don't give it to a vegetarian as it really does contain Dry Cured Bacon. The ideal Christmas present for a foodie!
