Our overseas shipping cost is calculated automatically, based on the weight of the parcel and the destination.

We deliver 99% of our presents to anywhere in the world, including British Forces Post Office addresses. Please make sure to choose your delivery country on the first page of the shopping basket. The Delivery Charges and Value Added Tax charges will automatically be updated.

We know how important it is to deliver your presents on time and in good condition. If you tell us the date on which your gifts are required, we will do our very best to ensure that your parcel arrives on time – where necessary, please choose the next-day delivery option. NEXT DAY = ITEMS ARE DELIVERED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY, ie MONDAY–FRIDAY ONLY.

Overseas deliveries will be sent by airmail. For the Channel Islands and all non-EU countries, the sales tax will be removed automatically and the shipping cost shown, once the correct overseas destination has been selected.

BFPO – we specialise in sending parcels to BFPO addresses. VAT will be removed automatically, if you choose the delivery destination marked BFPO – Outside EU. If you are exempt paying VAT at an address within the EU (eg Germany), please confirm to us in special instructions that you have obtained a certificate complying with 77/388/EEC from your CO or pay office – and we will remove the VAT and give you a refund. Please note our delivery charges are much lower than Presents for Men.

Our aim is to dispatch all goods as soon as we get an order. Most are held in our warehouse and are dispatched directly. Others, including bespoke personalised items, are dispatched straight from the supplier.

To ensure a next-day delivery service, please order before 3pm (noon for some items, where indicated) and then choose this option in the shopping basket. Please note that a signature will be required on receipt for our next-day delivery service.

Postage and packaging costs are calculated on the total weight of all items ordered and will be show on the first page of the shopping basket, once you have chosen your delivery destination.
