Graphic Design Work Experience Vacancy

We are currently looking for a creative student or graduate from a digital graphic design background to hire on a temporary work experience placement. The placement will run for between 4 weeks and 4 months with the possibility of an extension if the right candidate fills the role.

The Present Finder is an online retailer that specialises in providing gift ideas for all people and occasions and sells over 2,500 products through their ecommerce website. The company is now in its 11th year of business and has continued to grow year on year.

The role will be hands-on as we hope to develop a range of creative branded artwork in the run up to the busy Christmas period. This placement will be of great benefit to a graphic design student or graduate looking to gain some industry experience to put on their CV.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

• Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Ability to create design work that effectively communicates the company’s brand
• Knowledge of web design (useful but not essential)
• A creative approach to work
• Friendly and approachable manner
• Ability to work to tight deadlines

This is a work experience placement but all expenses will be covered and a full reference will be provided for any potential employers in the future. Depending on experience a remueration package maybe applicable.
